Avocados and almonds are weight loss power foods. Avocados are packed with good fats and vitamins. They can also help support you metabolism. Almonds also contain good fats, a great source of iron, and fiber. Add these foods to your diet in their whole form, or from grocery items like almond milk or avocado oil.  

Fruits and Veggies:

Fruits and veggies help you feel full longer by being less calorie-dense than meats, oils, and dairy. Your plate should always been half vegetables or fruit at every meal. Opt for veggies you love with lots of variety. In the summer, choose fruits and vegetables that have a high water and fiber content.
